Sleep disturbance can be experienced in many different ways – difficulty falling asleep, irregular sleep patterns, early wake patterns, daytime fatigue, excessive tiredness and more! Sleep disturbance can also further aggravate or exacerbate other symptoms you may already be feeling, like headaches, fogginess, memory, concentration and cognitive fatigue!
