Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy aims to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being.  Registered Psychotherapists work with individuals, couples and families. The psychotherapeutic relationship involves working together to bring about positive change in the client’s thinking, feeling, behaviour and social functioning.

Individuals usually seek psychotherapy when they have thoughts, feelings, moods and behaviours that adversely affect their day-to-day lives, relationships or their ability to enjoy life.

Pathways Therapy provides psychotherapy services for children, teens, and adults.  We are dedicated to providing support for individuals with anxiety, depression, attention difficulties, stress management, difficulties with emotional regulation, and relationship conflicts.

We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment to all people, including individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and their families.

As a multidisciplinary practice serving people experiencing losses associated with complex medical and neurological conditions, we are committed to helping clients of all ages who deal with loss due to disability or illness.

We provide psychotherapy care for family members and caregivers of those with medical concerns or disabilities.
