Nimra Bandukwala

Nimra completed the Masters of Occupational Therapy program at the University of Brighton in England and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is registered with the College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Occupational Therapists.

Nimra has supported children and youth in clinic, community, and school-based settings. She has experience in supporting their sensory needs, gross motor and fine motor development, oral-motor development, and emotional regulation. Nimra uses a creative, collaborative, and client-centered approach using the child’s strengths and interests to work on therapy goals. She is trained in DIRFloortime®, and uses this approach to focus on play and client engagement in all therapy sessions.
